Delivered quickly. Long could not understand why not turn on. It turned out that the button turned on is offset relative to the sticker that denotes it. Long rewrote with the seller, he gave valuable advice, I sent him a video to the Mail, how to turn on. As a result, accidentally pressed past the symbol and it turned on. In general, not bad. There is no smell, it's pleasant on the eye.

I did read the comments of others here and understood how unlucky i am. I have nothing good to say, the one i received doesn't work properly, it makes a lot of noises but the motor/rotating part is extremely weak. For me to feel anything of the rotating, i need to lean against something, or lying down and even than its weak and it even stopped with rotating a few times. Wish that i had same experience as others here, been waiting for more than a month for it to arrive only be left very disappointed with the product. Hope i get my money back.

Great massager. Fully matches the description. Charging cord included. Judging by the cord, it is charged from a computer, or it can be done through a mobile charger. Very comfortable, adjustable to the neck circumference. Came very quickly.

The massager came in two weeks. The box is all crumpled, but the goods are not damaged. Pros: different massage levels, massage deep. Cons: You need to buy an additional charge for 5 W. Charging from the phone does not fit!

Finally got my massager !!! Hurray))) I chose for a long time,it turns out it is not a mistake.I know it's not the hands of a real massage, but it will do to relieve fatigue, it is convenient when you are sitting in front of watching TV! I also tried it in work, everything works, the modes all work.

The goods came after 3 weeks. The box was crushed but it appears that the pillow was not damaged. The instructions are in Chinese. I would expect that any order shipped to outside of China would contain at least instructions in English. Even the lettering on the box does not indicate a website where I can access user instructions and the above product description has no mention of the manufacturer's name. Please let me have user instructions in English.
